Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below:

📦 Delivery Time

  • Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan): 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply and are shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

📬 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🔍 Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp.

❗ Important Notes

  • Please provide accurate shipping details. HYPD is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or courier issues.
  • If a parcel is returned due to the customer being unreachable, re-shipping charges will apply.

Return Policy

- All sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.
- Please note that no warranty is provided for electronic items.
- In the rare occurrence of receiving an incorrect product which is not what you ordered and still in its original packaging and unused, you can mail back the product to us. Once received, we will either issue you correct product you ordered or give you store credit for the amount.

- If stock runs out for a specific product, we will remove that specific product from your order and adjust the amount due and dispatch the remaining order with the adjusted invoice & amount.

  • Are your products tested on animals? No, HYPD Pakistan products and ingredients are not tested on animals.
  • Are your products vegan? We work frequently to update our full assortment for a vegan range only. For information about the vegan products, please use the search function or filter by "vegan products" in each product category.
  • Can I purchase gift cards online? No, gift cards are currently not available.
  • Is HYPD.pk Authentic? Yes, Hypd.pk prioritizes authenticity. We source directly from authorized retailers, perform rigorous quality checks, collaborate with brands for verification, and store products securely.     PAYMENT
  • What payment methods can I use? You can choose to pay your order by credit card, debit card or even Cash on Delivery. You will be required to select your preferred payment option once you checkout.
  • Please note, payments can not be refunded once the order is processed or dispatched. All sales are strictly non refundable unless if you received your product damaged.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Refund Policy

At HYPD, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Missing item in order

Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
